3.1. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT.
3.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, orders that have been confirmed and paid for will not be affected by such changes.
3.3. Payment options include credit card, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and any other payment methods we may make available on the website. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery is available within South Africa, and rates are calculated based on your location.
4.2. Estimated lead times are between 7 and 14 days depending on stock availability . Orders not send after 14 days will result in a full refund to the customer.
4.3. All deliveries are made by third-party couriers. Once your order has left our premises, we are not liable for any loss or damage in transit.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or replacement at our discretion.
5.2. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.
5.3. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
5.4. The Packhouse reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the return criteria.
